Deposit & cancellation
A 50% prepayment of the order total is required to confirm your booking. The balance is agreed after details are confirmed. Cancellation under 48 hours before the event may incur full payment.
In case of illness or force majeure, the date can be rescheduled. Deposit transfers to a new date if available.
